These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to booking and purchasing an appointment online from The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic website: www.thephysionorthwales.co.uk/online-booking.
Definitions: ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ constitute: The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic.
The Website is provided and operated by The Physio North Wales Ltd, a UK Registered company. If you have any questions regarding The Website, our operations or products and services then please contact us at the address at the bottom of the terms.
The Physio and Sports Injury Clinic reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions including any service we provide, without notice at any time. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. It is your responsibility to regularly check and to ensure compliance with these terms as they are legally binding on you.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy which can be found at the footer of this page.
Making a booking:
Online booking is available from various links found on our website & directly from: www.thephysionorthwales.co.uk/online-booking
You are responsible for the booking details and must ensure that any bookings made on the website are complete and accurate before you submit the booking. If you think that there is a mistake or changes are required after you submit the booking, please contact us immediately on: Tel. 01492 545291.
Our online booking system is strictly for booking ‘New’ appointments only.
We reserve the right to exclude any person from using our services at any time and for any reason.
Definition: ‘New’ = any new sign or symptom which you have reported to us, or if we have not seen you within the last 12 months of a previous appointment.

The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic does not warrant or guarantee that all services listed or advertised may be available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any services which may be available at any time.
Validity:
When you submit a booking to us, this does not mean that your Booking has been accepted. Our acceptance of any booking will only take place & become binding on you when you receive an official confirmation by email from us. This confirmation email will confirm the following; the date, the time, the service and name of practitioner you are booked into see. If you do not receive an email confirmation, then please check your email junk folder 1st. If still nothing arrives within 1hr, then please call the clinic to confirm if the booking was made successfully.
A text message reminder will also be sent out 2 days prior to the booked session (if you booked in with enough time for that to send).
Health Insurance:
If you would like to use a health insurance policy to cover any part of your treatment with us (financially), then you must contact us prior to booking an appointment. We will have to check your policy details first. Online booking is for ‘pay as you go’ customers only & not for insurance referrals.
Payment:
Payment shall be made upfront in full when booking online by debit/credit card.
No financial data is stored by The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic when payment is made. Payment is processed by the 3rd party merchant - Stripe. By processing a booking with us, you are also implying you accept Stripe’s terms & conditions of business too.
Online bookings cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against another service once booked.
Prices are visible at the time of booking before payment is made. Our prices may be subject to change at any time, but any price changes will not affect any existing bookings that have already been paid & confirmed.
Cancellation:
We operate a strict 24hr notice period for a patient to cancel a booked appointment here (whether it’s booked online or by email/phone). If you arrive late for any session, then the session may begin on your arrival (at the therapists discretion), but will still end at the time it was scheduled to do so. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend a booked session, then you are liable for this and will forfeit the session and No refund will be given.
On a rare occasion, The Physio & Sports Injury Clinic maintains the right to cancel any booked appointment at its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control). If we have to cancel with you, then we will rebook you another appointment date/time as soon as reasonably possible. No charge will be made to you for the session if it was cancelled by us.
If you cancel a booked appointment with more than 24hrs notice, then a refund will be issued back to the bank card used, minus an admin fee (1.5% + 20p), which is set by Stripe.
Data Protection:
Personal data relating to your purchase of an appointment online will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our own privacy policy which can be found at: www.thephysioniorthwales.co.uk/privacy-policy
