  • Your first session will be up to 1 hour, to provide enough time to give you an accurate diagnosis (not 10 minutes like your GP), to get to the root cause of the problem.

  • We will request x-rays / blood tests (if needed) to rule everything out.

  • We’ll try to ease your pain with a course of treatment.

  • We’ll ensure you get Hands-on Treatment (*as needed).

  • You’ll be shown the very best Exercises to help your joints long-term.

  • By the time we are finished, you will be back enjoying your favourite hobby/sport again.
