Welcome to our very first Physio blog post

Thank you for taking the time to read our very first blog post today. I have so much I want to share with you about my clinic and how we help make a difference to so many people’s lives. So I hope you will follow me on my journey as the business grows to help even more people too

For my first blog I want to rewind back time & recap a little on what has been a crazy couple of months at the clinic.

Back in July 2018, I took the reigns & became the New Owner and Principle Physio here at the Physio & Sports Injury Clinic, following a 5 year stint working here as an associate. Looking back now I can’t quite believe where the time has gone but ‘time flies when you’re having fun!’

Keys in hand, I hit the ball rolling with a complete refurbishment & overhaul of the clinic straight away (it was well overdue). After a lick of paint, new furniture and the help of the amazing - Seas Design I now have a shiny new-looking clinic and brand identity, which I hope you will like.

Our re-launch evening (on 19th a Sept) marked the start of the new Clinic brand identity, and I want to thank friends, family and past patients who all came out that evening to support my new venture. It was a very special night for me, so Thank You.

Since the re-launch we’ve had a completely new Website created: (www.thephysionorthwales.co.uk). Go check it out and let me know what you think. I’d love your feedback.

The clinic now offers a bigger menu of services:

  • Physio

  • Sports massage

  • Acupuncture

  • Taping

  • Video Gait Analysis

  • Sports and Performing Arts injuries

So if you or a friend needs our help but are unsure if physio, sports massage or acupuncture can even help you, then don’t hesitate in getting in touch and we can help discuss with you what we think is best.

Lastly keep a look out for regular updates on the blog. We’ll try and post regularly about loads of different topics (Clinic news, injury top tips, exercise & nutrition) to help keep you all Injury-free.

Oliver.
