Peter James Cousins - Testimonial

My life as a chronic migraine sufferer was dependent on medication. After a specialist neurologist confirmed that my condition was the result of skeletal problems in my neck I began a search for a solution. Eventually I came across The Dean Watson Technique, a form of physiotherapy developed in Australia which specifically targets migraine attacks caused by poor alignment of the first three vertebrae in the neck.
There are only a handful of qualified practitioners of this technique in the UK, but I am fortunate enough to live in North West Wales and so was able to undergo a series of sessions with Steve Willis. At the height of my migraine attacks seven years ago I was experiencing up to six attacks a month, each lasting three days.
Since the treatment with Steve Willis, with a regular programme of light physical exercise, my migraines have reduced to the point that they are very rare indeed. I have only suffered five migraines in the last two years.
The Dean Watson Technique involves careful manipulation of the vertebrae in the neck and so requires the skills of a properly trained physiotherapist. I am grateful for the treatment and attention that has been made available to me by Steve Willis.
